So do i get it signed from the ppl who are leaving....or everyone!....and other than signing it??

It's a good idea to have it signed, especially by those whom you consider your best friends. You could also insert into it other "mementos" that take your fancy (additional photos, cards, clippings or copies of your school paper, whatever). After everyone you want to sign has signed, maybe you can scribble notes beside certain people's pictures (or use Post-It slips), just things you remember about them or would like to remember about them. Then place it on a shelf or a chest... Once every ten years perhaps you can look at it again, and smile (or add a few more notes, whatever). Perhaps after 30 or 40 or 50 years, you could donate it back to your school library or whatever.

Well, you get everyone to sign it at the end of the school year. Then you tuck it away on a bookshelf for about 30 years or so. Then one day when you have nothing else to do, you take it out and chuckle at all the dorky things your friends wrote. Then you look at your silly hairstyle and out of style clothes and wonder - "WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING?" Then you tuck it away again for about another 30 years until your grandkids find it and say "IS THIS YOU GRAMMA?" Then you smily proudly and say - "Yeah - I was HOT back then too, wasnt I?" Pax- C.

Get your friends to sign it and then stick it somewhere safe like a bookshelf or cabinet. You don't need it right next to you forever but you'll want to hold on to it so you can bring it out and look at it with friends, and eventually show your kids how lame you looked in high school (because believe me, you would have by then)... but all in good fun.

Mine just sits in a hope chest I can't remember the last time I looked at it, and I graduated back in 1991. I have 6 year books starting from junior high up till high school.

Get your friends to sign the inside cover and hold onto it for years. Later on in life it will be interesting to look at.

I'm in college now so whenever I have a get together at my place with old friends from high school I bring out the yearbook! But it's usually stored away in my closet.

Personally I have no idea where mine went to... Then again I wasn't popular so there really wasn't anything in mine to hold on to.

since ive graduated years ago.. i have it filed away w/ my diploma.... just to keep it from getting dusty and lost =)
