Standing because I can move around, I sit for 8 hours in class on the week days listening to my professors.

Both, but if I had to choose between them then...standing. I'd get tired standing but I can never get comfortable sitting.

Sitting - When I'm standing I get restless and get a strong urge to walk around and do something.

Standing...it's like I always have to be able to move my legs and like break out into dance or start jumping up and down. imagine me attempting that while sitting...
