Hi,
My friend Chest exercises can tone up the chest muscles which gives the look of slight increase in size but do not enlarge breasts For real good results for enlarging the breasts is only possible by using Harmon treatments . These are tried and tested treatment. You have to prepare the ointment and to be applied / rubbed on Breasts Two times a day.
Ointment is to be prepared by mixing
Oestradiol ( Kind of Oestrogen) - 25 milli gram.
Anhydrous Lanolin (Wool Fat) -- 1 gram
Mix these two and make a paste
Liberal amount of this are rubbed over the breasts twice daily for 02 Months. If breast size increases repeat the same after the break of 2 months.

Try and gain weight. Most small breasted girls are on the thinner side of the normal weight range. That's not always true, but if you are even slightly below average in weight(or body mass index) try to eat your way up to average and your breasts will more than likely get bigger. Don't forget to eat your man gravy.

To get bigger breast you would have to get implants. The breasts that you get during puberty are usually there to stay. They do change during weight loss and pregnancy but if your looking to get bigger breast for cosmetic reasons, theres only implants. You should love your body no matter how it looks, dont compare your breast to the ones posted on the t.v or on the internet. Someone will love them no matter how big or small!

Don't listen to these idiot guys.
Having someone rub your breasts WILL NOT help them grow.
There's really nothing you can do about breast size. It's all determined in your genetics.
I'm not sure how old you are, but if you are 16 or younger, just give it time. You haven't reached full maturity yet.
(p.s. big breasts aren't really that great to begin with.)

Funny, though, but the boys are right - rubbing your breasts tenderly, getting pregnant, gaining weight or simply falling in love are really helpful:)
But have in mind that you could be sexy even without Pamela's boobs, just love yourself and it will give you a wonderful look

oh tell those dudes to get lost, the only thing you can do is either gain a lot of weight and hope you get breasts or get implants. NOTHING just makes them grow! I have very large breast and I didn't do any thing to make them this way they just grew, eighter they grow or they don't you cant make them!

Or perhaps you could get a push up bra to make them look bigger

they only get bigger if they are played with get a boyfriend or ask your dad to help you.
