Yes but you must have a Biz license & an Idea that the Public would be in need for such item or product plus you must take in to account that you must have a price that is lower and reasonable for the cost of the item and the customers who may want to buy such items plus the shipping& handling costs of how the Item or items in (?) would be able to be recived by the the customer in whome paied for it or them.
You could go both ways with that. In order to get more Customers to come to your site for purches'es from your site in what would go as far as word of mouth. You could start a special that the shipping & handing costs could come out of your own pocket for say a week then go back to where the prices are still regular aside from the Items you put on sale and inclued the shipping & handleing costs as well to where the customers would have to pay for both the cost of the items & shipping & handleing costs of the item or items.
