in the back of my thigh, how can i fix them without having to put a patch on them...it might lookk funny to sew them and have a big random stitch in the back what do i do!?

try the other side in on the same place then find some cute fabric and put iron on rhinestones that have you initials or whatever you want

if you really want to save them and have them looking just as good. i suggest going to a professional to fix em up. you would be so cut if you tried to fix them and ended up wrecking them permanently. good luck :)
