From what I've been reading, the baby's real name is Cole Roberts. I don't think that is their real son since he doesn't have either of their last names.
Also, on IMDb.com, it reads that Tom Arnold and Roseanne had no children together. :)

Yes it was. The child was not Tom Arnold's, it was her new husbands child who was her bodyguard/driver. Did you know that Becky's boyfriend on the show overdosed on drugs in 2002. I love that show and was sad to find that out.
