On 1 February 2007, it was officially announced that Book 7 will be released in English-speaking countries around the world at 00:01 British Summer Time on 21 July 2007. In the U.S., however, the book will be released at 00:01 local time.
It is indeed the final book in the series.

Yes, it is the last book, It's called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, its release date is July 21, 2007. CANT WAIT!!!!!!!

It will be the last book of the series, and I believe the release is scheduled for mid-July (about the 18th).
