Did Manny Ramirez really get bought from the red sox by another team? If so who bought him?

No, Manny is still playing in Boston. He signed a contract that will have him playing with the Red Sox through 2008 with 2 option years after that.
However, Boston has tried to trade him for the last few seasons and has not been able to find any takers. I think that he'll retire a Red Sox player.
And one more thing, Yankees Suck!!!
