In a very bad period of my life i took an overdose.i was at my mums and had lots to drink.i took lots of tablets at my mums but then (what i realised was a few days later) i was unconcious outside my flat with broken fingers.i seemed to remember hanging out of the flat window and falling but i am not sure of that.even though i was found directly below it i believe i was saved from my over dose and the fall from a other than known force.

I believe we have spirit guides. Some people call them angels. Whether they are the spirits of past over loved ones, or we have spirits unknown to us does not matter. Although we are given free will to do with our lives as we choose, I feel that ultimately we are guided in our thoughts and actions for the better.
