Ancient China had the best equipments and the largest army among your list. Remember Huns who raped Romans so bad? Well, guess what...It was Han(Ancient Chinese empire) that raped Huns...and Huns had to run away for their survival and Europe was where they tried to settle down
Romans had around 340,000 soldiers at their extent.
Han had around 600,000 soldiers at their extent.
.
Han conquered bigger land than Romans did.
Some say China was built in a peaceful way...
The truth is here, let me show you.
1)400 years of warfare(they call it autume-fall century because there was always war going on during autume and fall) - famous Sun-Tzu wrote his the best military guide ever written
2)Chin unites China(Chin killed more than 800,000 soldiers of enemy states during its quest)
3)Cho-Han struggle(war killed more than 50% of Chinese at that time)
War builds powerful army and talented generals...If you studied Chinese history, then you would know Ancient China had most of best generals in Asian history...
So a misunderstanding like 'Caesar Rules!' doesnt really prove anything. Because I can mention more than 10 generals who at least equres Caesar in battlefield. They..
1.experienced a lot more battles than Caesar(of course, they won most of it)
2.in terribly outnumbered situation
(General Bai Qi took out 400,000 veterans with 75000 soldiers who have no experience of real war..
Sun Bin, a grandson of Sun-Tzu, defeated 3 times bigger enemies marching from 3 direction surrounding him with losing only 5% of the army.
Huo Qubing invaded Huns and wiped them out of Asia at age of 24)
And one more thing...unlike Romans, China had cavalry units with saddles. Roman cavaly had to ride bareback...so whose cavalry is stronger? Chinese, of course...
So I say Ancient China would win definitely

Noticed someone mentioned that the Chinese military was made up of conscripts and auxiliaries and not the Roman. I do know that in the war with Carthage the Romans had horsemen from Libya so he is wrong the the roman army did not have men from conquered territories. In fact the only ones that never took troops from outside there race were the Greeks. Even then they allied with as many of the city states as they could. Athens never stood alone nor Sparta. both had allies to join the fight. They also knew that the enemy would attack the right flank and put there worst allies on that side. which meant in the case of Sparta they never really came up against the best of the hop lites from Athens. As for success in war you seem to have left of the Ancient Persians, Why? after all Darius controlled as far west as Libya in Africa and to the borders of India. the Arabian peninsula and around the Black sea. only failed to take the whole of the Greece and did take most of it.

While the Chinese military was relatively large, it generally consisted of conscripts and auxiliary troops. The Egyptians, and I'll Ramses as the highlight of Egyptian military power, had a great weapon in the Chariot. The Greek military had the Phalanx, and a greater understanding of formations and their effect on the battlefield. The Romans had an excellent sustem of training, and and a superior understanding of formation as well as logistics.
The Greeks Defeated the Egyptians, and every Asian army they encountered. The Romans Defeated the Greeks, but fell victim to the Parthians.
There is no correct answer. If you're Chinese, you will side with Asia. If you're Greek, you will side with Greece, if your Italian, you will side with Rome, and if you're Egyuptian, you will with the Egyptians.

Hmm...
the best fight would be between Rome and China. Rome had superior tactics, but the Chinese had manpower, decent tactics and great technologies.
Ancient Egypt or Greece stood no chance against Rome. Well, Egypt was already "pacified" by the time of the Romans, and they eventually took Greece.
Ancient China would have defeated them as well
