A general rule is to avoid the passive voice ("something has been done" or that type). Say something like, "The group passed a New Law." This will make your writing sound more engaging.

A LAW IT IS A RULE.
LITERALLY RULE MEANS SOMETHING STRAIGHT.
IT THE SAME MEANING OF NORM.
"NORM IT IS ALL RULE OF OBLIGATORY CONDUCT, SUCH AS OBLIGATORY REGULATION COMPLIANCE COULD BE USED THE STATE FORCES."
THEN YOU CAN SAY:

" A NEW REGULATION HAS BEEN APPROVED"
