No, you don't have to. Your menses come from through your vulva, while urine comes through your urethra, which is the opening directly above your vulval opening. You only need to remove the tampon when you change it.

No you do not need to remove the tampon before going to the bathroom. The opening where the urine comes out is different from where the tampon is placed. The only thing that will occur when you go to the bathroom is that the string of the tampon might get a bit wet but that's it.

No you do not need to remove your tampon before going to the bathroom. There is no need as you do not urinate from your vagina and you do not have a BM from your vagina so there is NO need to remove the tampon.

Not at all. Only remove it when it's time to change it. You'll know when that is :)
Removing it too soon can cause it to pull and tear your vaginal walls slightly.

You don't have to... It is a personal choice. Just make sure it doesn't have urine on it.....You will be able to tell trust me. If it has slipped you should change it.....So it doesn't cause discomfort......
