That is caused by bacteria breeding in your sweat. Baby powder can dry out your goods and give you a nasty skin condition. Better to be sweaty.

Choose a better pair of underwear. Cotton boxer shorts for example, so that your sack gets access to some air. Try a bit of freeballing whenever you can.

Also give the boys a wash with an antiseptic soap every day.

your nuts sweat all day keeping the temperature at a certain level, not always heavy sweat, even just a little now and then.
All you can do, is use some baby powder in the mornings to help absorb any moisture.

Sounds like you might have a yeast infection. Pick up some jock itch cream or athletes foot cream and use this a couple of times a day to see if this helps.

because of all the friction and sweat from the whole day. no big deal. just rub some baby powder on them after your shower and it will keep the smell down.
