ok every outher week im schedualed 45 hours because we work overnights and part of saterday is considered the next week. One of my bosses (the one that makes the schedual) told me, absolutly no more overtime. well the next day she asked me to stay an hour late, when ive already got 5 extra hours to cut. How do I handle this situation without making her angry at me? and without loosing my every outher weekend off (they are important to me to spend family time)

I know the kind of person you are. You are just way to nice. Sometimes you will have to put your foot down the reason she always comes to you is cause she knows you will not really say no. However all your other colleagues probably put their foot down so she turns to you. You can be firm and strong without being rude at it is requiered when you work like that

Wow spelling a problem? schedule-saturday-absolutely-other

You might bring up the overtime problem with the appropriate supervisor and ask if there is anyway to solve it as it is affecting all the employees.
Another way--You and others bring this up in a meeting or ask for one. Weekends scheduled off should be "off" since plans have been made.
Any employer should know this.

If this contimues I would be looking for a job that has no weekend work or provides a schedule that is followed and not bounced around like a yoyo or rubber ball.
Thats not good management.

Those people who aren't showing up for work or showing up late---need to be replaced or motivated to "BE ON THE JOB" PER SCHEDULED.

You have to talk to her and tell her you already have hours to cut and find out if she still wants you to stay late. Don't be afraid to talk to your boss.
