it depends what kinda flaws you're talking about. Keeping everything in will cause alot of negative feelings towards her to boil inside of you. that will make you irritable.
if you have a problem with a habit she has, you can say for example, "hey, is it okay if we do this (whatever would reduce her habit that you dislike)".
its kinda hard to give advice when we don't know what flaws you're talking about.
when you do end up talking about it though, make sure that everything comes out in the open from both sides. then you guys will enjoy living together a lot more.

A long time ago I had a roommate with terrible bad breath. I bought a bottle of mouthwash, set it by the bathroom sink, and my roommate wondered why I never used it.
Moral: Everyone has flaws. Live with it, or COMMUNICATE openly and fairly.
You never know how much you bug other people until you go to 'fix' their faults for them.

Flaws?? Like what??
I don't mean to judge but u sound like a perfectionist, so how about u start by telling her YOUR flaws (so that u don't come across as all perfect) and then say there is things that she does that bothers u, or could be a problem to her someday..(I'm serious)
What are u trying to achieve by telling her?? is it for her benefit??

That's a hard situation. You can either bring it up in a joking tone [which doesnt always work because then they dont take it seriously] or be up front and tell her what's bothering you. allow her to tell if anything has been bothering her too.

in this day -- the age of politically correct and weak mindednes -- you cant. she'll turn on you in a heartbeat and do her best to brealk you down mentally. if your name is on the lease -- kick her out, if her name is on the lease - MOVE, if both names are on the least -- suck it up and dont renew the lease just find another place and live with in your own income
and stay by yourself

Just say "roomy" I'm not trying to hurt your feelings or make you feel bad, but I have a problem with you________________. And if your roommate take offence to that, just come straight out and say how you feel.

If it affects you personally then tell her face-to-face, but in a good situtation.
