People go through cycles and phases of affection and friendship with people. Moe maybe be on a down cycle, while you are on an up cycle. It's frustrating. Spend less time with him and then when you guys do get around to hang out again, he will miss you like crazy. Enjoy this tihe to be with friends you've been ignoring for too long.
