jet fuel is more like a faster hoter burning kerosene and diesel fuel is heavier slower burning combustable fuel. but do not get jet fuel mixed with aviation fuel. aviation fuel is like a higher octane gasoline, like 99 to 104 octane levels and this fuel is used only in airplanes that have propellers and not jet engines.
