What is the most accurate/true to the book movie version of Notre-Dame De Paris(The Hunchback of Notre-Dame)?

I have already seen the DVD of the French musical, Notre-Dame De Paris, the Disney version and the Lon Chaney version. I know there are other versions out there, but which version is the MOST true to the book?

kathol, as you notice I did not ask YOUR OPINION of me. So unless you are here to answer the question I asked please don't answer. And did it ever occur to you that I happen to like being single? Perhaps you do not agree with my criteria for a date, but I never asked you if you did or not.

For future reference: Please only post an answer if it has to do with my question.

Thank you LaPetite. And thanks for the advice, I hadn't considered looking there. I'll give it a try.

Although I don't have an exact answer, I do know that sometimes if you check on Borders.com, BarnesandNoble.co or even Amazon.com people are allowed to submitt reviews of videos/DVDs. And more often than not if it's based on a book you'll see reviews which compare the movie to the book. Hey, it's worth a shot and at least it's on topic. By the way, Kathel or whatever you call yourself, what is so wrong with having high standards? Maybe she just wants to have something to talk about or something in common with guys she dates. And as she said it herself, she enjoys being single. What's so wrong about that? And, so she likes the French language I don't see how that harms you.

Anyways, SA, try reading some reviews on Borders.com...they usually come in handy every now and then.(Oh and never order through an Amazon.com used DVD seller...just trust me on that one.)

what is your obsession w/ paris. you won't date a guy unless he speaks French and plays an instrument or sings. good luck. you'll be single for eternity or until you realize that your demands are literally insane. i guess they also have to be a millionaire too and pay your way through life. and no i don't know an accurate book.

Any one where he dies lonely at the end. The real story is core. Disney is a bunch of lying crooks who jack tales of caution and make them into little anarchistic "childrens" movies.
