You need to learn to communicate with gals. It sounds like it might be hard for you to do, but you must make the effort. It is not a matter of how to approach gals that is the problem. First you need to convince yourself that you do need to approach them and talk to them.

Don't worry about making mistakes. Everyone does. Don't be convinced that you can't do this, because you can. You only need to make the choice to do so.
