Get a double ticket to the Singapore Zoo and the Singapore Night Zoo. The night zoo is open from around 6pm to midnight and showcases animals (a virtual zoo-full of them) using soft lighting.
Underwater world at Sentosa Island is pretty good. You can take a cable car from Sentosa to Singapore which is an adventure in itself.
It partly depends on what you enjoy doing or seeing, so more information might get a better response.

singapore is a state island, so you don't have to travel far, if you are first time visiting singapore then i would recommend you to visit the beautiful Sentosa Island and the famous landmark of singapore the Merlion, you can also take your time to admire the beautiful Colonial District this is the only place where you can find many great colonial architecture buildings it's located along the Singapore River. although there are not much museum in singapore but the best is the Raffless Museum and Asian Civilization Centre
