Just that. You can think that without seriously implying anything other than an observation. You must be good looking. She could be throwing hints of some type of attraction, whether it be sexual or otherwise. If you are remotely interested in her, I'd have to at least explore the possibilities.

maybe she wants to have babies with you, maybe she likes to make you squirm, maybe nothing. Do you really think girls are so simple that a phrase means the same thing to them all and every way they say it?
I can say it means at least she does not think your ugly. :-)
90% of communication is non verbal you will have to figure it out or ask someone who is around when she says it and is smarter then you if you are really that dumb.
