What "R" in the label of jacket means ???

I have the Jacket size 34 R wat does it mean ??? Can you explain or show me where I can find the answer. Thanks

Regular... not tall. On a tall, the sleeves would be longer.

probably regular your jacket is a 34 reg.

may be 34R where r represent regular.
It seems that R is code of the producer.
