Of those, I would go for the Lexus RX 350. Unless I actually wanted to go off road - the 4Runner is better for that.

We have a 4Runner,it's lifted and I love it!Not that I get to drive it,but I love being out in the woods w/ the top off,playing in the mud getting dirty!!A Lexus would be nice,but I'd rather something to get down and dirty w/!!
