i've taken a test once but ive had all the symptoms and everything else it's been about a week since i took the test

When I was trying to get pregnant with my last two pregnancies I was the crazy lady who took a test everyday until I got my period every month (I spent a LOT on preg. tests!) :)
Anyhow I got a positive pregnancy test with my son at 9 dpo (days past ovulation), 5 days before my period was due.
With my current pregnancy I'm not sure what day I ovulated but I got a very very faint (barely visible) line on my pregnancy test the same day I got a positive blood test from the hospital I believe I was 11 dpo (3days before period due) The nurse called and said my blood test was "faintly positive" which means not much above an hCG level of 5, and the home pregnancy test had picked up whatever low level it was with that very faint line. The test I use is supposed to pick up a minimum hCG level of 20 but obviously is more sensitive than that.
The tests I always use are First Response Early Result. All you can do is take another test, or wait for your period!

use an early pregnancy test! try using your first morning urine,it will be the strongest in hormones!
