probably it is still on its way
but you should contact them directly
-800-NGS-LINE (1-800-647-5463) or at ngsline@customersvc.com.

which company did you order it with? because on there site they mentioned a few Unauthorized Renewals and Subscription Offers Through the Mail
this is what it said " The Society has learned that a number of companies are sending mail solicitations for new subscriptions and renewals for National Geographic Society titles without our authorization. Some of these agents include: Publishers' Payment Services, Publishers Billing Services and Magazine Billing Services. We are working with our legal department and with the US Postal Service to ensure that these agents cease and desist this activity. Please do not place any orders through these companies."

i hope that you where not conned in any way, but the best thing u can do is call customer care a.s.a.p.

good luck

It depends on where in the world you are (that's one thing I wish Yahoo! would change about their Answers site, you can't tell what country anyone is in!).

If you are in the US you'll find the customer care contact information at: http://www.rd.com/help/customerServiceLanding.do .

If you are elsewhere in the world go to http://www.rd.com/content/openContent.do?contentId=10715 to locate your country.

Good luck.
