hi, if u had a miscarriage before 3 months u can excercise but if it within 3 months it woud hurt u of course... coz ur cervix will be weak for 3 months after misc.. so dont even try for a baby if it is witin specified time.. after 3 months gradually u can start excercising, in fact if u r overweight, it may hinder ur ovalution so when u exercise, ur ovaries get acive ....to become more fertile and to reduce your weight best way is to do yoga...pranayama(breathing excercise) u will definetly find good results. All the best!!!

First, that VAST majority of miscarriages during the first trimester (and especially the first month) are due to chromosomal problems with the embryo. These problems are incompatible with life and there was nothing you could have done to prevent it. It just did not have all of the genetic information it needed to develop properly.

Since you are currently not pregnant, it would be fine to start an abdominal exercise routine. In fact, strengthening your ab muscles and the pelvic floor muscles will increase your chance of having a healthy, safe pregnancy in the future. While it will not make a difference with a chromosomal problem, it can decrease the incidence of incompetent cervix and protect your back muscles when your next pregancy moves in to the later stages.

The good news is that many women who have miscarriages never have another one, and that your chance of getting PG again and carrying to term is very good. And if you feel healthier and better about your body, all the better!

I lost my 50 pounds of toddler weight at abode. i comprehend I gained better than i became meant to yet because of the fact i became underweight first of all (ninety 8 pounds) my physician became no longer worried approximately me gaining better weight for toddler. anyhow, I breastfed, ate 3 food an afternoon, had 2 healthful snacks an afternoon and took the toddler for an hour walk each morning interior the stroller. If I had beyond favourite time for the time of a few days i might pass on my eliptical device. yet, many times while my son napped interior the afternoon so did I - it incredibly is likewise useful for dropping weight, they say getting quite a number of sleep helps velocity up your metabolism. overall, i did no longer do something grueling or rigorous. only strolling and eating correct. while i became back to my pre-being pregnant length (dropping the 50 pounds I gained) my son became 6 months old. EDIT: 4 MONTHS old!!! My son became 4 months old as quickly as I lost the load, no longer 6!! Sorry~

It will not prevent conception, but abdominal exercise is generally not safe during pregnancy, but prenatal workout videos will often show you safe modifications.

Good Luck

Try talking to your doctor. They might know why you miscarried and can help make sure you're healthy and ready to go when you conceive this time. Exercising shouldn't hurt your chances for conceiving though.

excersie in general shouldnt limit your ability to concieve. being over weight actually can (not in my case though lol) also you should take prenatals now, they reccomend taking them while concieving. good luck and sorry for your loss.
