I like the Lexus LS 430 better.

They are two completely different class of cars! The M competes and wins with the Lexus G series, and the Lexus LS430/460 competes and wins against the aging Infiniti Q45.
I personally would take the M ( as I'm looking to purchase an M35 Sport in the near future).

Infiniti- they are more unique and the dealerships have GREAT customer service in my expericiance (almost bought one 2 years ago...decided to wait). I was really impressed.
