If you have a mole that is irregular you should go see a dermatologist and request them to look at it. They can determine if it is cancerous. They can remove it even if it isn't a cancer by giving you a little shot of Novocaine to numb the site and then taking it off with a scalpel. I had this done and it was quick and painless, except for a tiny pinch.

My mole has grown back, but I know it is not cancerous because they performed a biopsy on the mole they removed. Definitely do not remove a mole on your own, as it will scar badly.

Do you mean a mole? If a doctor remeved it then it should be gone for good. Moles don't spead though, was it cancerous?? I'm confused.

not if its removed correctly by a DR! Never do it yourself...some moles are cancerous and or you can bleed uncontrolably
