If you're willing to look internationally then a b2b marketplace like http://www.import-export-guide.com would be a good place to visit, search through what's on offer or post your requirements in the Buy Leads section.

You're bound to get a Chinese supplier at less than $5 per sq foot.

You could always buy the rhinestones loose and string them yourself. http://www.rhinestonesu.com/

There's a store in NYC called Designers Mart that sells chain by the yard.

I don't know about mesh. I have a suspicion you'd need to get a contract with a fabricator.

www.cheaptrims.com

I dont know if this site has everything you're looking for, but its a great site, with cheap prices but they do require a minimum order, I think its $60.

You don't need a resale number or anything, I've ordered from them several times and have always been pleased.
