How can i protect my pc on lan if there is somebody on this
lan have Cain and Abel ???

Report the person running Cain and Abel to the administrator of your LAN. If they won't do anything about it, then find some other way of connecting to the internet. You don't want to be on a LAN that is not secured by its owners.

if you on a business local area network (LAN) then I would not bother your network administrator will keep things in order, you only share the folders your needed to share and nothing else

just go into your file manager and mark all folders/files as not shared
