i am 5"10 130 pounds i wear size 3 in jeans and a B cup in bra but i am not sure if i have what it takes to be a model but it is my PASTION i would do anythiing to be one...

You could be 5'10", 130 pounds and either be pretty or pretty ugly....it depends on your personna and how much beauty and appeal your facial features radiates to the observing eye.

You cannot describe beauty....like the old cliche' says...
it's in the eye of the beholder.

Go to a professional photographer if you can afford it...
a good one will have legitimate experience working with aspiring models who want to break into the business and will probably be able to introduce some of your pictures to an ad or modeling agency.

or, get a friend with photography experience to take you on a shoot to a nice local area like a park, take some "poses" and closeups and put together a portfolio of your best shots that you can show to some modeling agencies and get their reaction and possibly your first job.

BE CAREFUL...
there are lots of places girls go to looking for modeling jobs that end up not being legitimate and will degrade and take advantage of you...you know what I mean.

Watch for the ads in the paper "looking for models" and try it. Sounds like you are tall enough to be a runway model and definitely skinny enough if not too skinny.

If they want to sign you on, make them pay for all the classes.

According to most agent's you need to be 5'9 or taller to be a runway model, so you have that going for you :)

Your height is good, your weight maybe needs to be dropped because most high fashion models don't weigh that much (not that your fat) but its the truth. I don't know what you look like so i cant tell whether you can be a model or not because looks matter in this type of career!

you have the height but maybe not the weight. Please don't think I'm saying you are fat or anything, but models don't usually weigh 130 pounds. Of course, it depends on what type of modeling you are pursueing but if it high fashion your seeking, you might have to drop some pounds. (you will want to be somewhere near 100 pounds) :(

your measurements dont determine your beauty.
in the modelling world hundreds of people have the body, the importance is the face.
dont listen to top model where they say that you ahve to have the personality to do it.. when people hire models they dont care if they have bubbly personalities- they are looking at the combination of the body face and walk.
if you have all three... go for it.
