She walked by my house and Frowned at me. I said Hi, would you like some Coconut Cookies? She said Yes, I went inside to get them for her and when I came back she Grabbed the Plate and Snarled at me and Just left without saying Thank You. After she Left I noticed Bright Red Lip Stick on My Rainbow Flag. I know she did it out of Spite. How can I stop the harrasment. Should I call the Cops or the FBI?

Well I wouldnt call it harassment, just being mean. I mean if she ruined your flag she probably dislikes the gays and has false knowledge. On this note she would not have taken the cookies because a "gay" made them. She would be too scared to accept. The cops or FBI wouldnt be able to help. I say ignore her, but get your plate back first.
IT WAS A JOKE!!!! Then I would say call the nursing home or watch her carefully and see if she has anything valuable before the family takes it away.

you never ever know what people will do
so may be you should write it down some where
just in case you get any more sh!t from them
and that ways it is noted that it happened
the police may not take you seriously
if you go there but at least it would be known
but if you are planing

Are you sure she really did that? if she did call the cops. But if you are not sure, talk to her first. Ask her, why she always gives that faces. Ask her nicely. Avoid confrontation and arguement. And let her know that you arent doin anything bad to her hurt. If flying ur gay pride flag makes her embarrass, let you know how she feels.

Rather premature to call one expression of a single
opinion "harrassment." Use it as an opportunity to educate her if you believe she would benefit from your revealing yourself as a gay/lesbian. You might be surprised to learn just how open are those with more years of life experience than you can ring up on your tote board. Also keep in mind there are those with closed minds which cannot learn a new trick or open themselves to simple debate.

maybe she is a closet lesbian. for her entire adult life she has been having wild hot night sweats for the ladies and seeing your gay pride flag flapping in the wind brought up bitterness cuz people are starting to accept the gays and lesbians just as she is about to die. Life sucks huh.

Maybe you should be less in your face about your sexual orientation if you want her to like you. If you'd rather be in your face, you have to realize that some people are not going to be happy about it no matter what you do.
