That's easy...I would tell my husband and kids that I love them. In fact, once I thought I was dying during what was later determined to be gallstones and I kept telling my husband over and over that I loved him, just so he would know...this was before I had kids.
FYI gallstones hurt like a SOB!!!

Depends what the circumstances are surrounding that last breath. If it was a car accident, it would most likely be "SH!T". If my loved one was near, it would be "I love you". If it was a suicide, it would be "F*ck you all".
