what would you suggest for a person preparing to retired in cebu city knowing he has no relative or what so ever,but he love that island and he is interested in puttingup a small business for starter.

hi, i suggest to own a place or two and have it rented. second is a cellphone business, selling phones, load cards, and accessories. also a charging stations during power outage. now you can incorporate this with a mini mini store. i have alot in mind but just discover what the area will need the most. good luck.

For 4K you can have a well established home based business, and be able to earn a nice income, along with 50% profit on all items sold!
The only legit work from home business I have found is the one my wife and I do. It's well established and, you can make a nice income (even 6 FIGURES a year)!
My wife and I both have a home based business, that we do part time and make any where from $800 to $1500 a month just working part time from home.
