Yes, but it might sound less awkward to say it this way: "I badly want the bugs to be dead."

Badly indicates the depth of your desire. Hence it should be an adverb qualifying the word 'want' and not the word 'dead'. The sentence should read: 'I badly want the bugs to be dead'.

No. It's out of order. It should be "I want the bugs to be dead, badly."
