Depends on the rest of your roster. Do you need a power hitter and who already plays 1st for you? How good is your outfield depth...will trading Sizemore weaken your outfield a lot? Do you have more base stealing options....you are giving up a lot of SB? How about scoring runs? Lugo is hitting at the top of the Red Sox lineup...that translates to scoring 110-120 runs...can you afford to give up that kind of production? Howard is an awesome talent and a monster source of home runs and RBI but Sizemore outdistances him by 30 in runs scored and likely steals 30 sacks to Howards 0. Lugo is a career .300 hitter that swipes 20 sacks on bad teams....how good will he produce in Boston? Look at the rest of your roster and decide which side of the deal would benefit your overall chances of winning and then either do the deal or keep what you have. Without knowing what you already have nobody can give you the proper advice....home run hitters are great but in fantasy overall production wins leagues.

That is a fair trade and good for you. You have many ways to look at it. First of all do you really need Lugo and Sizemore? Second do you need a first baseman? Third do you need players at Lugo's and Sizemore's positions? If you answered No, Yes, No in that order great trade! Howard is a possible 60+ HRs this season, could lead in RBIs again and many other possible outcomes. I say write this one down in the record books.

Good deal for you. Sizemore is a late second rounder, Howard an early first rounder. Lugo is a small price to pay for that kind of upgrade.

That said, make sure you have speed available from other sources!

Good deal - although Sizemore is supposed to have a breakout year this year (adding to his stats last season), it is definitely worth trading him and lugo for Howard... Howard puts up numbers that are uncomparable to anyone else in fantasy baseball (except maybe for one guy with the first name Albert and last name Pujols)
