Having a half-brother that lives in Pueblo, and having been raised in a town 55 miles from Pueblo, I can tell you your options are limited in the daytime. You can visit some nice Mexican food restaurants, but pertaining entertainment, I wouldn't even bother with any museums, etc. The night life is O.K., but if you aren't into clubs or bars, you will be bored. Your options are limited to seeing a movie, or, better yet, driving to Colorado Springs, where there are plenty of things to do. Pueblo isn't 100% bad, but I can't suggest much for you there.

Good question, the only thing I have found there if you are into cars is the Street Rod Nationals are held there but that is only for 1 weekend anyway (and the Colorado State Fair. Ummm but on a daily or weekly basis, go to Colorado Springs would be my only answer also!!

Ride bikes, golf at any of several locations, kayak in the kayak course, go rafting, climb mountains, play bridge, go running, there is always something happening at the fairgrounds.
