Me and my wife often have fights/arguments, almost daily. when I ask her what she wants, sometime she says, she doesnt want to continue with me, once her GC is done, she would leave me. then I say, u better leave now. Sometimes she say, if i divorce her, she would communicate hell lot of lies in society/community regarding me. sometimes, she says, lets be seprate & live a peaceful life seprately, instad of fighting. I am afraid, if she take some bad steps, I may loose my own created assets & social status, if she starts lying, becoz u know indian people believe ladies first. I am not sure what she wants, is there any mind reading possibility, whats inside her?

First u try to understand her what she really wants or expects from u. Ask her ambition in life when she was in a good mood. If it was reasonable then you help her to come up in life ie fulfil her ambition. you move with her for some hill stations during holidays. Always never talk abt money. always dont be like a budget person. if she was a budget person cooperate with her. first avoid asking her for seperation or arguments.dont ask her what she wants. it is not the way. I know abt Indians both male and female. you give importance whatever she says if it was good or better. never for bad things.
Never quarrel with her. You just try to praise her whatever she does. Automatically she will fall in love with you.

What r u so scared of??? Seems the only reason you want to stay with her is 'cos u r scared of what she may do if/when she leaves you. Don't be scared of losing some of your 'assets' and money. Better you lose it now when you are still young enough to work and make it up than to live a life full of fear and regret. You will lose some money but you will get ur life back. As for society - anyone who believes crap abt u is not ur friend/well wisher anyway. At least this way u will get 2 know who r truly ur friends. Be brave and true to yourself. As long as u walk with ur head held high and no guilt in ur heart all will be fine.
Don't get me wrong - I am not saying get a divorce. But it seems the only reason you are not doing that is 'cos you are scared. Life is too short for this of stuff. If you are truly unhappy and so is she - split up - or stay apart for a bit and see what happens. If both of you still feel that you want a divorce then go ahead.

What I find in your case you two require proper matrimonial counseling form good physiologist in company of a Lawyer. This I say because you both should understand the meaning of Marriage as well as Divorce specially its legal implications/complications, benefits & shortfalls. It is very easy to say I WANT DIVORCE but dear friend when you enter this legal battle field concerning DIVORCE then only you come to know what all can be stored for you that make you loose your hard earned money settling this issue & bringing back you to square 1 again. SHhe doesnt want the fights. SHe doesnt want to lose you. She wants you to appreciate her more, love her more, be patient with her more. She threatens you only because that seems to be the only language you understand. And to effect too. You are more concerned about your social standing than being a good and loving husband. Don't listen to the Lawyer he wants your money! Get all the cash you can and leave and create a new identity in another State and be happy. In life you have to take what you can get and run before someone steals all your money and time.

i think she want time with you , just simle give her some time and see the effects and also dont forget to give some extraordinary expensive gift (preferably the diamonds) which would definately break up the ice a bit

y dont u both sit and work out to start on with? whenever she is in a normal mood and ask her wat is it she exactly looking for from ur marriage. she might open up her heart for u. try to extract out of her as much as u can so that she speaks out her mind and heart to u and this might give u a better start.
Dont give up easily.
