Why don't they make shows like "In Living Color" any more?

In Living Color is funny. Mad TV is not. I think that the rise of Comedy Central and cable TV made it hard for network TV to push the envelope. The rise of reality shows and game shows may have something to do with it as well.

MAD TV is the closest there is to that now. I loved In Living color too!! That was a great show.
