As much as i want them to go far, the way the TEAM has played they're not going anywhere in the playoffs. They'll play either Spurs or Suns, cant see them getting by either off them. I think even Kobe has realised with him going off, its a lost cause.

LAL wont go far... id say the'll be out on the first round of playoffs just like last year... i mean, if you compare their standing this season with their last, its pretty much the same...

The Lakers can go far in the Playoffs IF they are all healthy and without the injuries. As for them not being able to beat the Western Conference's elite teams, think again.
They've beaten the Mavs and the Suns this season. They've beaten the Spurs TWICE already. As for the Rockets and Jazz, well, they've been beaten too. So don't count out the Lakers just yet.
As long as the game stays close in the fourth quarter, the Lakers always have a chance to pull an upset coz they have the best finisher in the NBA - Kobe Bryant #24.

I think they Lakers will go to the 2nd round but it depends on who else wins and who they might see. Overall, the LakeShow has played well this year against every team ahead of them in the west. The reason why their record isnt what it should be is because they have lost so many games to teams with losing records. It seems that they play down to the level of the competition instead of imposing their will on lowly teams. Anyhow, the Lakes will get to the 2nd round. Maybe even the west finals but I think dallas will take the 'chip. Kobe is still the best in the L.

They will either be playing the Suns or the Spurs. They might as well stay home. It won't be the Kobe Show, that's for sure.

Lets see, 2yrs ago they didn't make the playoffs and last year after having Phoenix 3-1 they lost 3 in a row and exited the 1st round. If they make the playoffs this year they won't get past the 1st round again.

If they can continue to get healthy they have a chance to do some damage in the playoffs. They can beat the spurs or the Suns. It is Dallas that they don't match up well against
