Speed it easy. Sprints. Go to an oval track if one is nearby and sprint the straight part and slooow jog the turns. Mixing up your running habits builds speed easy. Another option is change distances. Just run a mile as fast as you can one day. Do a normal run the next time out.

Agility is harder. You could go to a parking lot and walk along the little concrete blocks for cars to improve balance. Or try trail running. the uneven trail will make you more agile.

Or just hop around on one foot for a couple of minutes then the other. Run sideways, crossing your legs, Run backwards...just do all the things you find your self doing on the field in a game.
