Very much! They created three records in that match.

Oh come on, the record was against Bermuda! It would have been worth it had the record been against teams like Australia, Sri Lanka and the other internationally established teams. This record is like a bully beating up the smallest kid. Still I believe the match gave Bermuda some much needed experience in the international circuit. Given a few years, who knows what they might achieve? May be even the World cup.

I'm all in favour of including the 'minnows' at the World Cup. This has been justified by such infamous victories as Ireland and Kenya. But...
Why should a side that plays no top level international cricket suddenly become a first class side? The idea of records being beaten against such teams doesn't inspire me.
I tend not to watch the mis-matches at CWC, and wait for the big gun shoot-outs.
But you can only beat what's put in front of you, and let's face it, India did it in considerable style, and bounced back to some form after the woeful defeat against Bangladesh. The shoot out with Sri Lanka will be a game to watch. Here's hoping India play Sreesanth....

It was a great score but I think it was unfair competition considering the fact that Indias team has been on the international circuit for a while now and they shouldn't be celebrating a victory over Bermuda which is like grade one compared to them. What they really need is to beat people in their league - Australia, England, South Africa .. to name a few and then celebrate. That would be worth it!

I thought India batted with purpose yday but still allowing Bermuda to score 156 was unjustifiable Indian bowling was Insipid and it lacked penetration and motivation.Lets hope they raise their bowling before the immensely important match against Sri lanka.

India played better and net run rate point is raised to +2.51 now, that is what expected. In the perspective of confidance level of indians, this match is going to help a lot to fight with Srilanka and get in to super 8.
