I sent for ebay starter kit it's over 10 dys & not come, I call to cancel & they hang up on me. What can I do?

I sent for ebay starter kit 10 days ago it has not come yet, I call to cancel it & they just hung up on me when I say CACEL. It happend three times plus all the time they made me wait. Do they record all calls that go in? Maybe I can use those recording to prove I did call and try to cancel. I need some advise on how to cancel ebay kit! (scammers?)

Was it an "official" ebay starter kit? If not, it may have been a scam. Is the number you called in the US as well as where you sent the money? If so, you can report them to the Better Business Bureu, as well as the FBI. Give it another five or ten days (keep calling and attempting to cancel) and if you don't recieve it, take offensive actions. How did you send your payment? If it was through personal check, you can cancel it. If it was through debit/credit card, you can dispute it with your bank, and if it was through Paypal, you can dispute it through them. I'm hoping the reciept wasn't outside of the US.

When you call back next time, explain that you've been hung up on the last three times, and tell them if it happens again you will start the fraudulant claim process with whatever payment method you used. Insist on resolving this issue, and do so with an operator. I get the feeling that when you say "cancel" it is in an automated system. If there are other options, use one of them, such as "order", etc. Once you get a person on the line and start making threats, they listen a lot better.

Note: If you have a cell phone, call using it next time. It would be easier to prove that you made the call with a cell phone. Also, write down the dates and time.
