Umm... I am planning on working there. I know that the hours are long. But you do not get paid minimum wage. You get paid $6.85/hr USD if youre 18+. And if you stay the whole summer, at the end you get a bonus check for 50cents per hour you worked.

I'm not working there, but my cousin used to. She didn't like it. They treat employees like crap and everything is so strict. And you have to watch your checks cuz sometimes they jip you out of money. It's really hard to get a day off too. They fire people really quick if they miss so many days.

I used to love Cedar Point. I live like 30 minutes away so I used to get a pass every summer. After like 4 summers I got kinda sick of it and when I go back like once a summer or every other summer it's not as fun as it used to be. I think I'm just too old for it now....even though I'm only 19...lol.

If you've never been there don't let what I'm telling you make you worried. The place is great! You'll love it. The only thing you won't like is the loooooooong lines. lol. I have a pet peeve about waiting in line for up to 2 hours just to ride a 2 minute ride.

Some rides to check out are the Millenium, Raptor, Mantis, and Magnum. Those are my top faves.

Good luck and have fun when you go!!

I love Cedar Point, but would never recommend working there. I got an application when I was 18 and they have their own set of rules for employees. You have a curfew and you have to live in the housing they provide. They will overwork you and you will only get paid minimum wage. If you still want to work there though, get a waitressing job at TGIFridays. You'll be on the beach and will make more money cuz you're getting tips.

The pay isn't that great, but it is a fun place to work, you will have a good time and make a little cash too.
