Do you think that the media people are using these doomsday television programs to just get ratings? If so, then how much dose it make you so angry that you just wish that someone would tell them to shut the hell up and find something good to say in front of your children about the worlds future while they are eating dinner? Dose it make you angry that this is what our children must grow up watching so much of because of ratings and GREED?

Just turn the TV off. Go outside, enjoy the air, enjoy life. There is nothing worthwhile to watch on tv.

I became to disenchanted with TV in general that we just turned off the cable and say bye bye. We now have zero TV, but we do rent movies and download the occasional TV show that we like from iTunes or other sources. That way we are spared the ridiculous and annoying commercials as well.
Our children do not have to grow up watching anything we do not want them to watch because we can take away the tv and find other things to do. It is sad that better programs are not available.

Frankly, I'm a bit tired of those shows myself. They are quite interesting, but I can only handle so much of them.
