If I ever win the lottery, I will buy the industrial templates and printers and print loads of fake money, not to profit buy to give it away. Will fly a plane over every city in europe and america dropping the stuff. Is this a good idea or a great idea?

prosecute you -- sentence you a life of picking up garbage---take what money you have left for the cleanup of your escapade -- and-- you know that life sentence thing ?-- they're going to give you excellent health care to make sure they get at least 70 years of trash hauling out of YOU !!!

A few things will happen:
1. You'll go to federal prison for counterfeiting
2. You'll lose your pilot's license for dropping things from an airplane.
3. If your stunt causes anyone real harm like a car crash you'll be sued into the stone age.
4. Depending on the nature of #3 you could face additional criminal charges.
So, if you're looking to hurt people and spend a lot of time in prison, yeah, that's an awesome idea!!

Please don't do that! You will be liable / possibly convicted of several U.S. and International currency laws and restrictions. Also State and Local fines. You can not reproduce ANY currency that has been or now exists. Even if you are doing this as a "Gift". Persons that "Receive" this can also file lawsuits or charges against you. Any of the above mentioned is fully within the proper legal realm to initiate and formally file charges and/or demand a legitimate invetsigation to your ILLEAGAL activity.

Well i hope you win the lottery but assuming you have a pilot's license then i am sure you would cause a riot down below and break so many laws that you would need any money left over from your win to hire a good lawyer ?!!

no offense, but that is a bad idea.
1) you won't be able to fly a plane.
2) you might get arrested for counterfeitting money.
3) i don't think you're allowed to just throw things off planes.
also people would find out that it's fake money. we're not stupid. =)

It's far easier to get away with murder.
