....but it is my own video I filmed just *talking* about a movie - not even showing *any* footage, audio or posters from it - and they removed it and gave me a notice. I have never signed any confidentiality agreements with anyone. Ever. What can I do?

Youtube has that automated crap that sends notices to people if they get 2 or more abuse complaints. You could have a blank screen for your video, but if 2 different people reported it for abuse, you would still get the notice.

Nothing. YouTube owns the site and they have every right to decide what does or does not go on it. End of story.
