Tie wraps, velcro straps, or those simple twist ties. Bunch the cables up like they were when they were new in the box and only leave enough slack to move things around a little bit. Have the bunched up part hang just below the back edge of the desk so you never see it unless your underneath.

Yup those velcro strip are great for holding the wires together but one way to hide or disguise them is get a shower rod cover. They are long pieces of thin flexible plastic that come in lots of colors. They can be cut with scissors and they are slit open all down the length. You can cut it to size and pop it over the wrapped up wires making it much easier to keep the dust under control. You can get them at places like Bed Bath and Beyond or other bath places. Cheap too!

You can always tack them onto the baseboard. Or do as I did, I took the first wire and wrapped it around a curler(the kind that close) and made sure before I closed it, that it was long enough to fit in the socket. I did that with each one.Now I have them off the floor, and organized.

My husbad and I both have computers and we have a router...with our modem, router, printer and monitors we have a lot of cords. Just try to keep them in order so they do not cross each other. If the cord is too long, we take fold the excess up and secure it with a rubber band. You can use a long twist tie to hold all of the cords together. It works for us...

I bought little clips that clipped them all together and adhesed to the sides of my desk. Nice and tidy. the clips can be opened and closed for eacsy access.
Or you could try cutting holes in the ends of socks and threading them through there. Easy to pick up and vac under

I would use zip ties. They are nice and easy to use and would give it a clean look. They are also pretty cheap to buy, 100 for 5 dollars. Also they come in many colors.

There are these Velcro strips that you can wrap wires in or you can use zip ties. I used zip ties.
