For one of my chemistry labs,
I have to crystallize an object, or pretty much make rock candy out of something (or make rock candy over something).

I was thinking of cyrstallizing a pencil, but part of the lab is being creative, so what should I crystallize?

If you can held ahold of ammonia. Make an 8 Molar solution of it, fill a clear glass jar with it and then pour it out. Let the jar dry and crystals in the shape of flowers will form on the jar surface.
