I heard several songs in a row on a local radio station that were live apparently from the same concert. All songs were from the same band. It's my guess they were playing a live CD of Joy Division (or possibly New Order). One song had

"Keep on Coming" (or maybe it could have said "See you Coming" -the reception wasn't all that good)

the song right after it had this line

"Dance Dance Dance to the Radio"

Who could this be and what live CD would this be from?

"Dance Dance Dance to the Radio" is from the song "Transmission" on the album "Permanent" by Joy Division. There is a live performance of it on Youtube (below). A complete live recording from the BBC is also at the 2nd link below.
